Starting my job working on the floor, quality of work was always most important to me. I actively implemented different methods in my everyday work and further applied myself to be a better, more efficient, employee to the company and my co-workers around me. Soon after, I opted for a career that allowed me to lead in developing standards, training and processes to excel the organization as a whole, through quality management systems.
My wife was a successful Realtor during my time as a quality manager and her business started to show the need for more support. We made the decision in 2020 to begin working together and I immediately started applying my background in quality management to the real estate world. Its my policy to ensure long lasting relationships are top priority, and developing processes to ensure each transaction is successful.
I've assisted in successfully closing on hundreds of homes by improving our objectives, communication, infrastructure and effectiveness within our organization. Constantly focusing on continual improvement in my performance and always looking for feedback.
I wear a lot of hats and go by many names,but my favorite name is Dad and I'm a proud father of 2 incredible sons with my middle school sweetheart dating back all the way to 2009. I like spending our time outdoors anytime its warm, attending car shows, riding four wheelers, camping, fishing or working in the garage.
