I began my career working on the floor, where I learned early on that quality and consistency matter most. I quickly became known for developing efficient methods, improving processes, and supporting both my company and my team. That drive eventually led me into quality management, where I had the opportunity to build standards, training systems, and operational processes that elevated organizational performance. As my wife’s real estate business grew, we decided in 2020 to combine our strengths and work together. I immediately applied my background in quality management to the real estate industry—bringing systems, structure, and a mindset of continuous improvement to every part of our business. The first 5 years was nothing short of challenging yet overly rewarding all at the same time. In 2025, I became a licensed Realtor, giving me the opportunity to be even more directly involved in serving clients while continuing to optimize our organization behind the scenes. My focus is simple: build long-lasting relationships while developing strong processes to ensure each transaction is seamless and successful. Over the years, I’ve assisted in the successful closing of hundreds of homes by improving communication, objectives, accountability, and overall effectiveness within our organization. I’m committed to continually improving our systems and education to deliver a top-tier client experience and support the long-term growth of our company. I proudly wear many hats, but my favorite title is “Dad.” I’m a father of two incredible sons, two short legged pups and a big ol' cat sharing a life with my middle-school sweetheart since 2009. When the weather’s warm, you’ll find us outdoors— vacationing with our dogs, attending car shows, riding four-wheelers, boating, camping, fishing, hunting or working in the garage together.
